Adrien Verschuere founded Baukunst in Brussels in 2008, after working at both Herzog De Meuron and OMA. The first two projects the office built were promptly nominated for the renowned EU Mies Award. In 2018, Baukunst, in collaboration with the French office Bruther, won the bid for the Maison des Médias in Brussels.
